What West Palm Beach Homeowners Say About Brennan Roofing Co West Palm Beach
Roofing is one of those trades where the work is almost invisible until something goes wrong. Homeowners in West Palm Beach don’t climb up there every weekend to check a flashing detail or measure drip edge overhang. They rely on what their neighbors say and what the crew does when nobody is watching. At Brennan Roofing Co West Palm Beach, reviews come from the same place as the work itself: clear expectations, a written price before any work starts, and a roof that gets inspected like it matters. Here’s what people around West Palm Beach have told us after the job was done.
Recent Reviews
“We had a leak showing up in the guest bedroom ceiling after a hard afternoon storm. Brennan Roofing got out here, found a rusted-through flashing seam at the roof-to-wall junction, and walked me through the fix before touching anything. The written price matched the final invoice to the penny. Travis Oakley runs a tight operation.”

“Two other roofers told me I needed a full replacement, but the Brennan Roofing inspector spent 40 minutes up there and showed me photos proving the decking was still solid. We did a targeted repair on the damaged section plus new underlayment under the problem area. That was 11 months ago and no leaks since. Honesty like that is rare.”
Laura A. – Southland Park, West Palm Beach
“Called about some lifted shingles after one of those nasty summer wind events. A live person answered at 9 p.m., scheduled the inspection for the next morning, and the technician showed up in a uniform with a badge and an introduction. He re-secured the shingles, checked the drip edge, and recommended a roof coating for the aging section. No upselling, just the facts.”
Dustin D. – Garden District, West Palm Beach
“Our inspection report flagged soft decking around the chimney and a valley that had been incorrectly flashed years ago. Brennan Roofing replaced the decking, installed new valley flashing, and put down a proper ice-and-water shield under the new shingles. The crew covered our pool screen enclosure and all the landscaping with tarps. Cleanup was thorough. TJ and the whole crew were professional every day.”

“Brennan Roofing installed a new GAF Timberline roof on our home in West Palm Beach. The estimator walked us through three material options with real sample boards and explained the wind rating differences for Florida code. The price he wrote down on day one never changed. Not once. The roof passed city inspection on the first try.”

“The 365-Day Done Right Promise is not just a slogan. Six months after our repair, a section of ridge cap started lifting. I called, sent a photo, and they had a technician out the same week. He fixed it, took photos, and re-secured the entire ridge line at no charge. In writing, for one full year, and they came back for free. Just like they say.”

Why Customers Trust Us
The common thread in these reviews isn’t a perfect roof on day one. It’s what happens before, during, and after the work. Before any job, you get a written price in your hand. No work starts until you see that number on paper. Every technician who steps onto your property is background-checked, uniformed, and dispatched from our West Palm Beach operation. We install materials from manufacturers homeowners know: GAF, CertainTeed, Owens Corning, IKO, Atlas, Tamko, and Boral. And every repair and installation is backed by the 365-Day Done Right Promise, a written guarantee for one full year with a free return visit at no charge if something fails. That’s the Garrison Standard, and it’s how an independently owned local roofing company should operate. Travis Oakley runs this location to that standard because accountability has to live somewhere specific: on a piece of paper, in a truck, on your roof. Call (728) 203-3066 to schedule your free estimate and see the difference a written price makes.
